90 m2 cottage accommodating up to 7 people It combines traditional charm (stone and wood renovation) and modern comfort (fully equipped) Located between Bourges and Nevers, close to Sancerre, Magny-Cours, ideal place to explore the center! The space You will find everything you need to stay in peace (description sheet provided on request) While being very functional, it is comfortable and cozy. you will appreciate its underfloor heating and the heat diffused by the stove in low season as well as the private and equipped outdoor spaces in the summer season. Guest access 2.5 hours south of Paris via the A77 motorway (exit La Charité s/Loire, direction Jouet s/L'Aubois, Torteron, then in Beaurenard, exit the village D° Nérondes then take the 1st path on the right "La Ferranderie") via the A75 motorway (Bourges/Nevers exit, take D° Nevers, pass Avord/Bengy. In Nérondes, D° Torteron. Drive 5 km and take the path on the left "La Ferranderie" after the place called "Chêne Vert".
