The main top floor features two bedrooms with queen beds, TV’s, a full bath, and a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings. Additionally, the top floor houses a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a queen sofa bed. A generously sized balcony surrounds three sides of the house, providing breathtaking views of the coastline and stunning sunsets, with ample chairs for your relaxation. Descend to the lower level, where the master bedroom, with one king and one queen bed, a TV, ample closet space, and a full bath, occupies the north portion. In the south portion, find a spacious room with three queen beds separated by curtains, a second full bath, and a convenient laundry room. A small patio with a BBQ off the lower level adds a charming outdoor space to your stay. Must be 21 to rent.
