Insko Home & Sauna - lake, beach, forests.

A large house, situated on the lakefront of one of the cleanest lakes in Poland, ca. 70m from the sandy beach. It is rented as a whole and consists of 3 two-level apartments. Each of them has a kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms (even in a large group, everyone will find a bit of privacy). Common area consists of a foyer with shared bathroom a 100m2 terrace and sauna. Huge garden includes a second terrace, a grill, a swing for children, garden chess, and a volleyball/badminton court. The space House description: Apartment I - Living room with an equipped kitchen and a fireplace. In the living room, 2 sofas, armchair, TV, WIFI. - A bedroom with a double (queen) bed and two single beds. - Bathroom with shower. Apartment II - Living room with an equipped kitchen and a fireplace. In the living room there is a fold-out sofa, armchair, TV, DVD, WIFI - A bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. - Bathroom with shower. Apartment III - Living room with an equipped kitchen, fireplace and a table for 12 people. In the living room there is a sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, WIFI and a piano. - A bedroom with a double bed - A bedroom with two single beds (80 and 140 cm) - A bathroom with a shower. All apartments have separate exits to the terrace overlooking the garden and the lake (trees grow right next to the lake, so in summer it is hard with the lake view...). Since May 2025 sauna is available. Extra fee is required. The garden covers an area of approximately 2000m2 and includes a second terrace, a grill, bonfire place, a swing for children, garden chess, and a volleyball/badminton court. Lake Ińsko is distinguished by a large, sandy beach, location in a landscape park and water clarity/transparency up to 10m. The beach has a large pier and attractions for children (during the summer holidays), water equipment rentals and booths with ice cream, chips and other food. Nearby where forest paths start and a nature reserve / landscape park. The center of Ińsko can be reached via a picturesque path by the lake - about 15 minutes. There you will find some shops and places to eat. On the way to the city, there is an observation tower built in 2019. The location in the landscape park guarantees a lot of impressions for walkers. Forests, fields, bike paths, all with beautiful nature - Nature 2000. In Ińsko you can buy fresh fish (or fish on your own). Snorkeling is a must in the summer, but for the more advanced there are diving schools. When winter comes, winter swimming becomes a habit (for tough girls and guys)! Canoeing trips are organized near Ińsko. They can last for several hours or even about a week. Guest access The whole house is available to guests, except for some technical maintenance rooms. Sauna available upon request from May 16th 2025 Additional fee required. Other things to note You need to bring your own towels. Bed linens will be waiting for you on the site.
