However, our guests tend to always find a parking spot. *TRANSPORTATION* • Public transport to Downtown Seattle: Bus stop is about 3-5 minute down the hill. • Water taxi to Downtown Seattle: Free shuttle 3-5 min down the hill. Shuttle brings you to a Water taxi that shuttles across the Puget Sound Ocean to Downtown Seattle. *GROCERIES, COFFEE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, BREWERIES, BAKERIES* • Down the hill on the beach you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, and a brewery. • Multiple grocery stores to choose from nearby Trader Joes, Whole Foods, PCC, Metropolitan Market, QFC and Safeway. • Multiple restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops and much more within the area to choose from. • West Seattle Farmer’s Market Every Sunday from 10am-2pm. We recommend keeping this in mind for late-night arrivals and when handling luggage. 🌙 Lighting: An automatic light sensor activates at night to help you see the keypad, and landscape lighting is also installed along the steps for added visibility and safety. 🏞️ Location Note: Our property is situated in a scenic, hilly area with some sections that can be quite steep. While the terrain is generally manageable, it may not be ideal for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges. 🧺 Laundry Access Notice: Please note that our washer and dryer unit is not available for general guest use due to past misuse. Guests staying four nights or more may request access for a $20 fee, subject to availability. ⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: We may be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs depending on our cleaner’s schedule and other guest arrivals and departures. Please send your request at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to make arrangements. A fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures. 🍽️ Kitchen Note: Please be aware that the studio does not include a full kitchen—there is no stove or cooktop available. 🎥 Photo Shoots & Filming Policy: Our studio is available to rent for photo shoots and film projects; however, this is not included in the standard vacation rental pricing. Photo and film bookings follow a separate rate structure and require prior approval and acceptance of a filming contract. Please note: Unauthorized filming or photography without written consent will result in forfeiture of all fees and the security deposit. 🙏 Thank you for considering our home!
