Large cottage in the countryside - Norman style

Welcome to our spacious and warm cottage, ideally located in the countryside, just 3 km from Vimoutiers, in the heart of the Orne. A perfect place to recharge your batteries, meet up with family or friends, in a peaceful and green setting. The gite can accommodate 2 to 9 people. The space The accommodation includes: - 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, including one on the mezzanine, each equipped with a double bed and a single bed (2 small extra beds possible in addition to the 9 other places (on request)), - 2 bathrooms: one with shower on the ground floor, the other with bathtub adjoining a bedroom upstairs, - A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine. The kitchen is open to the dining area, allowing you to share moments even while cooking. It also has a large bar. - A friendly living room overlooking a large open fireplace, - A living room with a sofa and several armchairs, TV and a second fireplace, - A terrace, with barbecue and large table for your outdoor meals as well as deckchairs. We also have several bikes for children and adults. The accommodation is fully suitable for babies and young children (baby bed, highchair, bathtub, changing table, safety barrier for stairs are available) Things to know: The owners live right next door, discreet but available when needed (advice, troubleshooting, etc.). Bed and bath linens are not included for stays of less than 6 nights. Tea towels, sponges, bath mats and household products are provided. Guest access The entire place is available to guests, as well as its garden and parking. Other things to note Things to do in the area: - Discover Vimoutiers and its square with all amenities, - Walking or cycling (several bicycles are available at the cottage) in the countryside and forest, - Visit cheese factories, cider factories, local producers, - Discover Camembert, Livarot, or even the landing beaches (about 1 hour away), - Cinema, swimming pool and animal park 30 minutes drive to Argentan or Lisieux.
