Ocean Bay Park Sanctuary - Families Only Please

Hello Soon to be relaxed beach goers! Charming beach house, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, social living room, dining room, and huge deck overlooking vast field. 1.5 baths, outdoor shower, private lot, internet, internet tv, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, SUPs, garden, games. One block from the beach and bay. Supermarket, restaurants and bars close by. Ocean Beach restaurants, shops, and bars one mile away. Sunken Forest National Park one mile away. This is a classic beach house built in 1904 with all of the charm. It is not a modern house. (Please read reviews to get an idea of the vibe). No group rentals. There is the VRBO rental agreement and ours. This is not a party house. Fire Island is for fun. BBQs, hanging out with family and friends but we respect our neighbors. Groups of singles, blasting music or large parties are not permitted. Please do not rent if that is what you are looking for. However, if you are a family or mellow group of couples please check it out. 6 night min stay: Check in 3:30pm , Check Out 11am (you can usually leave bags on the deck and use the outdoor shower on checkout day while cleaning people come to extend your stay).
