All fresh, new and ready for guests, this completely renovated lake home with gorgeous water and sunset views will amaze you and leave you breathless as you watch the famous Fire Lake sunset from almost every room in the house. Located conveniently just minutes off interstate I-24, centered 1 hr from Nashville and 1 hr from Chattanooga and Only 8 miles from Bonnaroo Music festival. Bring your boat or kayak as the small neighborhood is located right next to a boat ramp and swimming area. The space A Fully furnished kitchen and upscale bathrooms make this special place feel like home. Close to bonnaroo, local distilleries and hike to many waterfalls in the area. Guest access Entire house is yours , nothing is shared Other things to note There are a couple of small stairs to access the main entrance door and the porch. No handicap accessible ramp. In the warmer months spiders frequent the outside of the garage and overhangs. Although sprayed for, and taken down once a week they may be present outside at your arrival and/or during your stay. Being in a heavily wooded area, leaves are blown off of the deck and driveway at least once a week every week, but some may be present at your arrival or during your stay. There is a blower on site for your convenience if needed. Lines and toiletries included are as follows: Bathrooms: 1 bath towel per guest (min) 1 wash cloth per guest (min) 1 hand towel per bathroom 4 spa towels (min) One full of toilet paper per bathroom , plus one extra roll total Hand soap One hairdryer (in master bath) Kitchen: One full roll of paper towels Dish soap Dishwasher detergent One dish towel (min) Hand soap 2 Coffee makers on site , both Conventional and Keurig BYOC (bring your own coffee) etc. Coffee filters and K cups MAY be present, but are NOT guaranteed. Fireplace: Indoor Fireplace is wood burning and available for use during the winter months only. There may be Wood present and you are welcome to use if so, but it is NOT guaranteed. So I encourage you to bring your own if you desire to use the wood burning fireplace. There WILL be starter sticks and/or a starter log onsite. (I’ve had people burning a month or two worth of my stacked wood in one weekend, so what’s available is on a limited basis now) Propane gas Bbq grill : There WILL be propane onsite for the gas grill and the outdoor fire pit. There will also be an extra FULL tank in the garage in case you were to run out of either. Check in time is 4pm CST
