This huge 2 bedroom apartment is absolutely stunning! Location is minutes from both Historic Downtown Hopkinsville and Fort Campbell Blvd. and a short drive from Clarksville, Madisonville, and Fort Campbell. Fully equipped and thoughtfully furnished, this home is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay! No pets allowed Other things to note This apartment is ground floor. There is potential for street noise as this unit is located near an intersection, as well as the hospital. There is also a train that runs through the area throughout the day & all night as well, that may be heard. We provide the fastest WiFi available and smart televisions for our guests to login to their favorite streaming services (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Sling, YouTube TV, etc.) Reservations made for 30+ days will be charged $120 cleaning fee. No smoking. $350 smoking fee will be applied to any guests who smoke within the apartment, to include vape products There will be a minimum $50 fee for lost keys/replacement or lockouts. No parties or loud noise. There are other apartments within this home and we expect all of our guests to be respectful of each other. If at any point during a reservation the police are called due to a noise complaint or damages to the apartment we will immediately cancel the reservation and no refund will be given.
