The Cottage

<> This Tudor-style guest cottage comes with its own private entry, roughly 500 square feet of living space, including fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a small outdoor deck complete with a valley view. The space Charming studio with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout. A full size murphy bed can be stored to create more space if needed. A small private deck with sliding door access overlooks the quiet Upper Rockridge neighborhood. There is a desk/work station with wifi available. Heat and hot water are for the cottage only and controlled onsite through a Nest thermometer. TV with AppleTV available. The kitchen has a new oven/stove and is fully stocked with cooking supplies - pots, pans, cutting boards and utensils including a full range, microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker. The small bath has a shower with shampoo and soaps. Guest access Guests can access through the front of the house down a small path to the main house back yard. The cottage is in the far back and has it's own key code entrance. Guests can drop off bags and check in early if needed. There is a gate next to the cottage to exit the rear of the property. If you enter from the back, note that the cottage is above garage space and is on a different street address. First time access is easier from the front of the home. No extra guests are allowed to the property without prior approval from owners. Only two overnights guests allowed at any time. Commercial use of any kind is prohibited including business or professional meetings/events without prior host approval. Other things to note There is a small friendly dog who lives on the property who may want to interact from time to time. Guests will need to be careful fully shutting the gate behind then when they enter and leave the property. The access to or from the cottage is down several steps, with easier access from the rear of the property if you have luggage.
