The upper level, (main floor) has a Master bedroom, (queen bed, pack & Play crib, twin roll away bed and full bath) 1.2 bathroom and second bedroom with a queen bed & twin roll away bed. Living room, kitchen, dining room, and main entry. The lower level has 1 bedroom, (fullXL bed) and a queen airbed. 1 bathroom, laundry, living room, wet bar area with poker table, patio with a grill and fire pit out the lower level door. The Munger Trail System as well Mission Creek Tail have access points on the property. Our home is for you to enjoy the beauty that Duluth and the surrounding area has to offer. Lake Superior, has so many must see landmarks. Duluth has many more to offer. A book of local dining and attractions is available in the house. Drive, bike, snowmobile, hike This is a smoke free home. Please be kind and clean up any mess you may make. We will take care of the normal turnover and laundry and we ask that you use the provided trash cans for all garbage. Do not leave outdoor mess.
