Beautiful, trendy, spacious and new one bedroom apartment in South Park - downtown Los Angeles. Three minute walk to Staples Center, LA Live and the Los Angeles Convention Center. Amenities include rooftop deck with grills, 24-hour gym, pool and jacuzzi. Easily accessible by the metro red line which connects to Hollywood/West Hollywood and the valley. Explore nearby shopping, restaurants, theaters, rooftop bars, markets, gastropubs, karaoke bars, book stores, and farmers' markets. The space Do you love LA sports, good food and concerts? Rest assured knowing that my unit is walking distance to things such as Lakers/Clippers games, Kings games, Rams games, LAFC, concerts, conferences and expos, etc. Avoid the headache of traffic and ridiculous parking fees by arranging your stay here where you can easily walk to events as such. If your preferred dates aren't showing on my calendar please send me a message and I can see the availability on my end. Guest access Guests are able to access all community amenity spaces. The gym is open 24 hours a day. Club room is available until 10pm daily. Rooftop is open until midnight, pool and jacuzzi are open until 10 pm. Hours of operation are strictly enforced. I asked that you please be mindful of neighbors and respect the property and the rules in place. Other things to note Well-trained, housebroken dogs are allowed (sorry, no cats). Pets are NOT allowed to sleep on bed or sofa. Owner must provide pet's own bed. Owner's are responsible for any and all damages caused/incurred by pet. Dogs must be well-trained and on leash when in common areas. There is a maximum allowance of one pet per stay and a fee of $50 that will be added on to the reservation.
