My place is close to the public transportation, UC Davis, parks and city center. You’ll love my place because of the large kitchen, the location, the friendly host and the clean and elegant feel. My place is good for students and their parents and business travelers. Because of Covid-19, we are limiting guest access to their own room, the bathrooms, the kitchen and outside. No guests are allowed in the living room or dining room. Face masks, hand sanitizer and social distancing are required to use the kitchen. There are usually two other guests, usually students, that share the house. Because of COVID-19, guests are staying in their own rooms or outside, and wearing face masks and social distancing when in the kitchen. No outside guests are allowed at this time. There are bus stops very close by, but most students use a bike or Lyft to get around.
