My place is close to the public transportation, UC Davis, parks and city center. You’ll love my place because of the large kitchen, the location, the friendly host and the clean and elegant feel. My place is good for students and their parents and business travelers. The space There are three bedrooms and one and a half baths that the guests share. Guest access Guests have access to their individual bedrooms and the two shared bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and outdoor spaces. Bike racks and one covered parking space are available on a first come first served basis. We encourage respect of others’ space and quiet enjoyment of the house, so please leave the space as neat and clean as you found it, use headphones whenever possible, and be sensitive of others’ need for privacy. Outside guests are only allowed in the house by prior arrangement with the host. During your stay There are usually two other guests, usually students, that share the house. No outside guests are allowed overnight.
