The Crooked Tree is a large 4 bedroom cottage with 2.5 bathrooms close to Haliburton overlooking beautiful Gull River, with access to two large lakes (Maple lake and Grass lake). The cottage is on a quiet road 15min from Haliburton and 15min from Minden. The large upper deck offers beautiful views of the river and the screened porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors and avoid the mosquitoes. There is a large kitchen/family room and a cozy lower living area with a wood stove and satellite TV. The space - Please bring sheets for 2 Kings, 2 Queen, 1 Double and 1 Single (Sheets are available by contacting the owner if you don’t want to bring your own), pillows and towels. - Please bring life jackets for Children, there are 4 adult life jackets available - NO SMOKING in the cottage please - NO PETS please - There is an owners manual with activities in the area Summer guests have access to - 4 kayaks - Fire pit - BBQ - Large dock for boat or swimming and relaxing (River is 10-15 feet deep) - Cottage chairs - Washer and dryer - Dishwasher - Boat Launch is located on Stanhope Airport Rd. 2min from the cottage
