Hi everyone! Welcome to our little house located in Auvergne. In the countryside, this cozy house is surrounded by 1 ha of land. Through your French window, enjoy the private garden dedicated to you, the barbecue and the small garden furniture for a nap in the sun! 5 min drive from the center of our village, 10 min from our wine city of St POURÇAIN sur Sioule, 15 min from Moulins and 40 min from Vichy! You will find all the comforts for a quiet holiday! The space The small 58 m2 house consists of a living/dining room with an extra sofa bed (120 cm) One bedroom for two with a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped separate kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Wi-Fi available throughout the accommodation. Located in front of our house (but not adjoining), we will be available for any need. We live with a dog, who is very sociable. We can provide everything you need for a baby, remember to notify us before so that we have time to clean everything. (baby bed, highchair, changing mat, bathtub). Extra charge of €15 per stay. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the small house. Only the dressing room will keep the "door closed", we store the laundry, household products... You can park for free in front of the entrance to the house. Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided.
