The space This is a basement apartment with a private entrance and separate parking pad, you'll have all the privacy and convenience you need. The bathroom is open and provides plenty of storage, with the washer and dryer conveniently located in the bathroom as well. There is a separate living room with a recliner, small pull out couch & smart tv's. This unit is suitable for 1 person or 1 couple. Guest access The basement area which includes a large kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with laundry in unit, and a living room. The basement door is at the left side of the home when you are looking at the home from the street. This is also where the parking pad is, making it convenient to walk down from your parking space. Other things to note The basement has completely separate heating / air and the thermostat is in the living room area so you are able to control your own temperature.
