The space The Lockhart Carriage House has stairs, a private entrance, a full sized bed, kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, and microwave (no stove). Guest access Guests have the entire upstairs carriage house space, and share the backyard with us. I give my guests space, but I'm available for questions before 10pm. Other things to note This is a cozy and charming space, it is over 100 years old, and there are stairs. I think you'll love it, but it may not be ideal for everyone, such as infants and small children. Due to the age of windows, please do not open them. Please use coasters for all drinks, thank you. Please put items back where they were after using them, thank you. Please hang wet towels on the hooks in the bathroom, thank you.
