Leave the thermostat set at 50-55°F to avoid the likelihood of pipes freezing. If the thermostat is turned off and the pipes freeze, the tenant will be held responsible for damages. •To check out, leave the key in the cabin in a highly visible area and inform the manager(call or text), or return it to the office (#6). There is a $10 charge for lost keys.
