Private entrance 1BD guest suite in updated ranch in Normaltown. Approximately 1 mile to Normaltown bars, restaurants, shops, and Bishop Park. 2 miles to North Campus. The space Private bedroom and bathroom with separate entrance and driveway. Bed is a queen with feather topper and down comforter. WiFi, A/C, and central heat included. Bed is also equipped with electric blanket. We have recently added soundproofing to the door to help with a quieter stay. Guest access Private entry and parking During your stay My wife and I reside in the house with our three children (10, 8, and 5) and our dog. They are early risers. The room is used as guest suite for family. We do store items in the closet and bookshelf. I’m happy to assist you with any needs you may have during your stay, but your privacy is of the most importance. Other things to note Please use left facing driveway. Your entrance is the leftmost door. There is a combo lock that will be programmed to the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your account.
