Heir Island is one of Ireland's smallest inhabited islands. The island boasts with beauty, with a plethora of beaches, water sports, day trips and our own jagged coastline where you can take in the best of the Wild Atlantic. The island is only accessible by boat or ferry, cost is €6 return for adults and the ferry runs every 2 hours in the summer from Cunnamore Pier. When booking we can introduce you to activity providers in the area so you can make the most of your trip to West Cork. The space Guests can add on meals during their stay, eat out on the island or venture to one of the nearby towns, with 2 Michelin star restaurants 15 minutes away in either direction from the island amongst other high quality food and drink establishments in the area.
