BBQ grill on the property are maintained by guests only, to include the gas, charcoal and cleaninliness. Our guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill of their own accord. Please do not include the grill status on our reviews. Other things to note Party prevention measures: There's no scenario where we will authorize a party or event at this property. Guests with more than the allowed number of cars or personnel in our home or in our neighborhood are in breach of the rental agreement and forfeit their rights to continue the rest of their stay in our home.
