Private Studio Suite

This is a private studio apartment within our home with its own private entrance, full bath, full kitchen, eating area and sliding door to the backyard. The studio is located between our garage and family living area. There is a minimally used room between the studio and our home which allows for more privacy, but you will hear us coming and going and out in the yard and patios, etc. We are an active family of 4. We have a very friendly Bernese Mountain Dog who roams the yard. The space *Please note we have a 30 day minimum stay requirement, due to a recent city ordinance* When booking please let us know a little about yourself and what brings you to the area! Guest access You have full and private access into your own apartment. You are able to use the washer and dryer in the garage. Other things to note Please note quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. There is only one off street parking space available with this studio. If you have a second car please note that you will need to park on the street (not the dirt road in front of our house, but around the corner). While we have a dresser, garment rack and a coat rack, there are no closets in this space. We kindly ask that you do not bring guns into the house or have them on the property.
