Phillips Street Loft

Phillips Street Loft is a fully renovated Carriage house with original wood floors and 1921 large porcelain bath tub (no shower but has a sprayer). It is upstairs with a lovely view of the church and flower gardens. It is nestled in the Brick Street Village next door to Crafts & Quilting, Etc. and within walking distance is a bakery, coffee Shop and other shops. A Book Nook is downstairs for your reading pleasure and guests are invited to sit on the rock patio for quiet time. The space Just minutes from downtown with restaurants, shopping and ET Brewery. Guest access Guests are invited to sit on the patio beyond the blue gate. Reminder: Air BnB parking is on the left side and the right side is reserved for handicapped customers visiting the Quilt Shop. Other things to note Phillips Street Loft is not suitable for Children due to the stairs and glass top table. No small children or infants. Limited to two people. No animals are allowed because of family allergies.
