Davis Oasis - Main Stay

The Main Stay has a comfortable bed, dresser, desk , closet and shared bathroom. There is a ceiling fan, too. The windows make the room friendly and light. We welcome you to join us in our living room , piano room and kitchen. The space We live in Davis, CA, a lively bicycle friendly university town with a wonderful Farmers Market Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.There are several down town bike shops that rent bicycles. Davis is also about 1-1.5 hours from Napa, San Francisco, and Lake Tahoe. We live in a comfortable three bedroom home with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Depending on the season and your constitution, you can jump in our pool. Our hot tub is available in the warm months. You will have access to our kitchen, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.We have wi-fi, cable television, and a landline phone for free nation-wide calling. Parking is on the street. The Davis city bus, UNITRANS, has a stop 2.5 blocks from our house. The YoloBus that travels to downtown Sacramento and other towns in Yolo County has a stop two blocks from our house. UC Davis Campus is an easy two miles away. Join us in our living, family and dining rooms. Your bedroom will have a queen size real bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk for your belongings, and ample space in the closet. Because of the Davis dark sky ordinance, there's good star gazing from our backyard. We have a multitude of books and board games we are happy to share with you. It's a quiet spot, good place to relax, close to one of Davis' many greenbelts. In the warm and dry months we have a hammock in the backyard for a nap! We love visitors. Welcome! Guest access Guests are free to use our living room and kitchen, as well as their own space. The front and back yards are available for guests as well. Help yourself to our pool and hot tub (in the warm months). Sometimes we have bicycles available for guest use. During your stay We will be accessible to you during your stay. We try to judge the amount of interaction you are comfortable having and adjust our interaction with you accordingly. Other things to note We have enjoyed hosting people from all over the world.
