This is Cabin #2 on Oaks Resort in Traverse City, MI. Our seasonal log cabins are built on beautiful Spider Lake near Traverse City, MI. Spider Lake is an all sports lake with a regulated quiet time in the morning and evening for those that want to fish or just sit back and enjoy the views. We have three separate, very clean and private Bellaire style cabins. Each cabin has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with dishes, glassware, cookware and utensils and a sofa sleeper. There are three docks for boats, four kayaks, two row boats, and a paddle boat for use by our guests. Oaks Resort is the perfect destination for your summer family vacation. The Traverse City area is full of fun things to do and see. Within minutes of the resort, there are canoe rentals, hiking trails, horseback riding and some fantastic golf courses. Boat and jet-ski rentals can be arranged and are available. Day trips to nearby Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen, the increasingly popular Wine Country (Old Mission and Leelanau peninsulas), Petoskey and Charlevoix are also family favorites.
