Kitchenette and washer and dryer make this a perfect stopover or long term stay. Guest access You will have access to entire studio suite, ADU, bathroom with washer and dryer, separate entrance. Access to small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Shared access to the outdoor spaces inclusive of the hot tub but crossover from other guests is rare. Other things to note There is a potential for noise as this home is on a street with traffic noise. We provide a noise machine in each room just in case you are a light sleeper. Every other Wednesday our gardener comes mid morning. Don't be alarmed if you see him and his wife working around the yard or parking their truck in the driveway. Please note the spa is an amenity we do not charge for - we offer it as a bonus to our guests free-of-charge. If anything should happen to it during your stay, we will do everything we can to fix it in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee the spa, and there are no refunds on issues related to the spa. Due to the nature of hosting back to back guests and the rental being a single unit, we can not accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This is a firm rule and allows our house cleaner to dedicate the full time required to prepare the space. If you're flying in early, please consider renting the night before as well. This is a suite with a shared wall. While guests will not be staying in the adjacent unit, our cleaner could be on the other side cleaning the space at some point during your stay (this would usually be close to your check in time on the day you arrive). The interior of the home is not shared in anyway as it’s much like a hotel room, only better because there is only one wall that is shared.
