Relaxing Home on the Oregon Coast - Walk to the Beach!

The owners are regular visitors and love this place! The home has an open living area. Features include gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and breakfast bar, and a dining room table big enough for 6. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one has a queen-size bed and king-size in the other, two full bathrooms, and laundry. It sleeps 4 comfortably. A 1/2 bath is located downstairs. The home is furnished with the necessary cooking and eating supplies - Keurig and coffee pot, microwave, and all the pots and pans and plates you will need. There is a single-car garage available for use of gear, and a covered deck in the back that is plenty big and private enough to enjoy the provided gas BBQ when you grill. There are paved trails to the beach right out the doors (either front or back), along with many paved walking trails within Shoreline Village and neighboring Nestucca Ridge - you can take the kids or dog for a walk all over the neighborhood. Walk to Pelican Brewery, pick up pizza, rent surf gear, or each morning walk to Stimulus Espresso for baked goods and coffee. Use of clubhouse with fitness room, big screen TV and pool table. Build summer beach memories, enjoy winter storm watching, or just snuggle up by the fireplace with a book. You will love this getaway!
