Welcome to Fargo! This 1 bedroom/1 bath, 650 sq ft apartment (with living room and full kitchen) is on the second floor of this home. The main level and basement apartments are also Airbnb rentals, typically home to longer term guests. There is an enclosed front hall and indoor staircase that leads to the separate apartments. Guest access Guests have full access to the private apartment, with a shared hallway/entryway. There is one parking space available in front of the house, with more off street parking one block away if needed. Other things to note There is a laundry machine and dryer you can use free of charge, not in unit but in the building. Linens, towels, pillows, & duvet can be supplied for midterm guests staying a month or more, upon request, for a $50 fee. Midterm guests can expect starter amounts of dishsoap & handsoap, one roll of paper towels & two rolls of toilet paper.
