This listing is part of a private home and we live upstairs. Please be respectful as we are happy to share our home with you. Although the listing says 3 guests it would be more suitable for a family of 3 than 3 adults. Only one parking space is provided. Options to book a relaxing private yoga, sound healing or reiki session. Located a mile from Downtown Media, which is a cute small town with many local restaurants and shopping, however, it is on a busy road and you will need to have a car or use an Uber as waking is not an option. An air mattress is available for an extra charge of $60 Again…Please note to enter this space you must go down narrow steps; therefore, regrettably it is not suitable for someone who has a trouble walking down steps. The accessibility is unfortunately limited due to the age and design of our home. Please note this space is not suitable for babies and toddlers under the age of 6. Come in the fenced back yard and through a shared door and down narrow stairs and through a door to your space. Remember to please close gate for safety of our pets and the yard and the laundry area is not shared other than accessing your space. Only one parking space provided (space to the far left as described in arrival guide). No guests of guests allowed on property. I live on the property and am available for any questions or problems that may arise. Coffee and tea are provided upon request. By automobile: Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Media, PA 15-20 minute ride to Philadelphia International Airport 25 minutes to Center City Philadelphia, PA. 30 minutes to Wilmington, DE Located less than a quarter mile from the bus and one mile from the trolley and downtown Media. It’s is approximately 2 miles from the train station. Uber or Lyft is available as well. Please be kind and respectful. This is our home and we are happy to share it with you. We also have 2 manx (tailless) cats..Merlin and kitten..a small conure named Pinky and 5 chickens..you may or may not see all or none of the pets..just depends on timing. Please do not move/touch dehumidifier..it is set up to drain automatically. If you do not like the plug in air fresheners they can be unplugged. Pillows and extra blankets are in the large cabinet next to the tv. Enjoy your stay!!
