Lower Level Studio space located on an acre of land with a shared private entrance with narrow steps down to enter space and a private locked entrance to the apartment. This listing is part of a private home and we live upstairs. Please be respectful as we are happy to share our home with you. Although the listing says 3 guests it would be more suitable for a family of 3 than 3 adults. Only one parking space is provided. Options to book a relaxing private yoga, sound healing or reiki session:) The space Located a mile from Downtown Media, which is a cute small town with many local restaurants and shopping, however, it is on a busy road and you will need to have a car or use an Uber as waking is not an option. An air mattress is available for an extra charge of $60 Again…Please note to enter this space you must go down narrow steps; therefore, regrettably it is not suitable for someone who has a trouble walking down steps. The accessibility is unfortunately limited due to the age and design of our home. Please note this space is not suitable for babies and toddlers under the age of 6. Guest access Come in the fenced back yard and through a shared door and down narrow stairs and through a door to your space. Remember to please close gate for safety of our pets and the yard and the laundry area is not shared other than accessing your space. Only one parking space provided (space to the far left as described in arrival guide). No guests of guests allowed on property. Other things to note Important things to note: Check in Please enter on Briar Lane and Rose tree Road (put that address in your GPS) as per the instructions. We are the first left off Briar Lane. Pull in the designated space for your vehicle..which is forward in front of the garages. Please do not block the drive when parking and use the Briar lane Entrance to enter and exit..it is much safer…you can park in one of the 2 spaces in front of the garage..please pull in with the front of your car towards the fence and the side of your car toward the garage..use the larger gate to the left of the garage to enter and make sure to shut the gate. The entry is around the back of the house on the patio. Only one vehicle allowed. The space: Please do not move/touch dehumidifier..it is set up to drain automatically. If you do not like the plug in air fresheners they can be unplugged. There are extra linens, including pillows in the large armoire to the right of the fireplace..as well as some necessities including a hair dryer and iron and ironing board. House lights turn off on cords and Mantle light turns off by pointing remote and Treats in feed box by the door. Coffee and tea are provided upon request. Both heaters cannot be run at the same time as it will trip the electrical system. Please be kind and respectful. This is our home and we are happy to share it with you. Communication is key for having a nice stay for us both. I care about you and your are family while you are visiting. If there is something you are unhappy about please let me know and please read over the house rules and the listing carefully. We also have 2 manx (tailless) cats..Merlin and kitten..a small conure named Pinky and 5 chickens..you may or may not see all or none of the pets..just depends on timing.
