Plenty of room for large groups or multiple families. 5 levels gives everyone space, including a separate rec area in the lower level for the kids. Take a break in the hot tub and deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Dillon. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, and there's a gas grill on the deck for outdoor BBQ! Up to 2 non-shedding, fully potty-trained dogs up to 50lbs allowed with pet fee and commitment to pick up any "presents" left outdoors. = ) Guest access Full access to home and 2 car heated garage via lockbox and garage keypad code provided prior to your arrival. Plenty of off-street parking is available directly in front of the home. Note that no trailer or RV parking is allowed per HOA, and the home is limited to no more than 4 vehicles.
