A Full 18-Hole golf course and driving range just a 5 minute walk away. You'll love it! The space The bedroom is cozy and comfortable and has a queen size bed, TV with HBO, cable, Netflix and a work space. The kitchen is fully functional with a stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender and coffee maker. The living room has a TV, coffee table (additional table and chairs in the closet) pull-out sofa bed and free washer and dryer. The bathroom is small. Tenants live upstairs, and make little noise. Walking distance (6 blocks) to Stadium Armory Metro Station and the FREE DC Streetcar (2 blocks) which passes the awesome H Street corridor with great restaurants, shopping and direct access to Union station. This is an excellent location to get to the major DC sites. Easily access the National Mall, Washington DC museums and attractions as well as local tourist sights. Going to a convention? This is a perfect place to get there quickly. Family friendly for young children as well. Guest access All of the basement unit can be accessed. The parking space in the driveway in front of the garage (just move up close enough to the garage door to allow for other cars to park) is for the car.
