Heated pool (optional w fee of $75.00 per pool heating cycle - pool will remain warm for approx 2 days). Big park just a few steps away with full playground. You have the entire rental for your enjoyment- enjoy the pool, ample back yard and open floor plan for your get away! Guest access The whole house is spacious and has an open floor plan, it's entirely yours to enjoy! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms lots of space and a yard with plenty of seating area and a full size swimming pool. The pool heating is optional as it takes 8 to 10 hours for all of that water to warm up. Standard pool heating is between 70 to 75 degrees depending on the weather in Southern CA so please keep that in mind. There is $75 charge to heat the pool and needs to be requested 24 hours prior to arrival or it will take a full day to coordinate/heat thoroughly.
