In the 30316 zip code of East Atlanta, just off the flat Shoals exit from I-20 East. Flat Shoals is the main thoroughfare of East Atlanta Village. One of Atlanta’s most diverse neighborhoods, with its unique charm and gritty sophistication. EAV is a small business built, and noncommercial treasure of a neighborhood. The location is surprisingly convenient to most anywhere in metro Atlanta. My place is comfortable without being too cozy. I believe you’ll find yourself comfortably away from home. The space With plenty of space to spread out, you’ll find a comfortable atmosphere and enjoy your privacy here. You’ll find it easy to relax and make yourself comfortably at home. Although considered East Atlanta, my place is surprisingly convenient to most anywhere in the metro area. It’s a quick drive into all that the East Atlanta Village has to offer. Looking for a friendly coffee shop or pub? The village is lively from morning to evening. EAV is made up of several small businesses, eateries, boutiques, music and dance venues. The neighborhood is quite diverse with so much to choose from. Guest access My home is open to you. *Short term visitors will have light use of the kitchen (microwave and toaster oven). *The kitchen is fully available to monthly guests to use and prepare meals if wished. Make yourself at home, but please keep your personal belongings secure in the guest bedroom/bathroom. *The garage is the only area absolutely off limits. During your stay If you have any questions or special request, please don't hesitate to ask. I’ll always do my best to meet the needs of my guests. We are likely to encounter one another, however I will always be respectful of your space and privacy. I am happy to engage as much or as little as you would like to, and are comfortable with. * With respect to the COVID situation: Courtesy face masks and hand sanitizer are provided. AirBNB asks that guests and host be mindful of social distancing when engaging. I believe I do well as a courteous host. I am confident you would think so too. Again, if you have any special request that could make your stay more enjoyable, please don’t hesitate asking. Other things to note With so much uncertainty surrounding COVID, extra precautions are being made to help guests feel comfortable and assured. I am working daily to keep my home disinfected. We’re stocked with antibacterial soap and cleaning supplies. We recognize the importance of limiting the traffic coming through. We’ve been mindful of keeping the number of visitors and the traffic low. With respect to social distancing, reservations are being kept small. (No larger parties at this time). We provide complimentary face masks and hand sanitizer. Surely you’ll appreciate the extra precautions and care we are taking in order protect ourselves and our guests at this uncertain time.
