Maintenance Staff: Occasional exterior visits by our bonded and insured team (e.g., pool/hot tub service, lawn care, snow removal) ensure the property stays pristine. These visits won’t disrupt your stay, and no indoor access is required unless pre-arranged. Other things to note Well Water Notice: The home uses well water. Please be mindful of usage during dry seasons by avoiding excessive water consumption (e.g., long showers or partial dishwasher and/or laundry loads). The water is perfectly safe for drinking and we have a double UV / Filtration system. Geo-Thermal Cooling: The home features eco-friendly geo-thermal heat/AC pumps paired with ceiling fans and sun shades to keep you comfortable. Note that cooling may feel less intense than traditional AC during peak summer heat. Tips for staying cool are provided before your stay.
