Being the best house in the condominium, it is ventilated, safe, comfortable and the room has a beautiful view of the sea. You will enjoy excellent quality WiFi internet throughout the house, in the living room we have a 50" TV, ceiling fan, on the terrace there is a hammock set up, as well as in the bedroom, and the 2 suites have split air conditioning and TVs. If you are coming from far away, we have white bed and bath linens for an optional fee of 100 reais to be arranged directly with the hoster. We no longer charge a cleaning fee, our cleaner will clean the house daily, except on her day off, at no additional cost. She can even cook for you on hire basis. In addition to the condominium's barbecue, you can also use a smaller barbecue that I leave at the house. The kitchen is complete with everything you need, including a stockpot, airfryer, orange juicer, blender, coffee maker, pressure cooker and everything else you can think of. We have a minimarket that normally opens until 5pm, but if you can, take as many consumer items as you will need as the grocery store is small and serves as a backup for those items we forgot. Take the opportunity to discover the beauties of the surrounding areas such as Tabatinga, Coqueirinho, Tambaba, Praia da Barra do Abiaí, stop by João Pessoa (40km), as well as enjoy Praia Bela with its estuaries of the Mucatu and Graú rivers.
