Madison's Upstairs Sanctuary

This is a great apartment on the third floor of a beautiful Victorian-style house good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Superfast Internet. Fresh coffee. Skip the Raddison and stay at Madison’s. :) We are a 10 minute walk to Glen island, 7 minute cab ride to NYC Commuter rail, and close to many of the great wedding venues. The space The space is clean, airy and light on the top floor of the tallest house on the block. Great flow and clean carpets. Informal eat-in kitchen. Outside the house there is a yard and gardens in front and back. Feel free to lounge in the yard or rock on the rocking chairs on the front porch. Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom on the third floor, the kitchen, and bathroom. Outside the apartment, guests can relax quietly on the front porch. During your stay I will be there to meet you and show you around the apartment, if I am not there we will leave a key in the lock box. I'm always available for sightseeing suggestions and questions. Other things to note The kitchen can be used for microwaving, making, coffee, and putting incidentals in the refrigerator. Use of the gas stove and cooking is not allowed for safety reasons. No outside guests permitted. Only those officially renting the room are permitted to enter the premises. Also, there is to be no smoking, drug use, or drinking of alcohol inside the apartment.
