Welcome to a unique space, conceived and created by an artist from Minas Gerais who loves to welcome guests! Located in Brumadinho, Minas Gerais, in a villa with other accommodations, this two-story house combines comfort, art, and nature. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room, a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a hammock for relaxing. On the second floor, two cozy bedrooms + a bathroom complete the experience. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home! The space Area of 90 m². On the first floor, we have a living room with a sofa bed, cable TV, a half bathroom, a kitchenette/kitchen equipped with utensils, a stove, a minibar, a microwave, and a private outdoor area with a hammock. On the second floor, we have 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans and a bathroom. One bedroom with a balcony, a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom with two single beds. Excellent for a group of friends and family of up to 4 people. (Maximum occupancy: 5 people). Guest access Guests at the Loft have access to a shared outdoor area surrounded by nature! On the deck you can relax lying on the nets, on the swing cushions or at the spa, as well as following a short trail that leads to Salão da Mata, perfect for yoga and meditation practices. Within the property we also have the Café da Villa- Gallery and Shop where guests can buy snacks, drinks, ceramics, paintings, embroidery, furniture, among other objects, everything is for sale! Other things to note We accept well-behaved, gentle pets; they are very welcome! Here are a few rules: - Transit of pets in the common outdoor areas only with the use of a collar and preferably a guide, avoid escapes. - No pets allowed inside the Villa Café. - No pets inside the Spa on the wooden deck, but your pet is welcome to cool off in the pond next to our Cultural House :) - Pets are not allowed on the beds or sofas. - In the event of any malfunction and/or partial damage, the full value of the equipment, furniture or material will be charged. Including Loft rate for the time needed for repairs.
