Gated property / secure parking Extra large bedroom w/ private entrance. Private hall to private full bathroom. No indoor shared space. No access to kitchen. There is fridge, microwave and toaster. No hot plates, open flames or cooking in this unit. No cooking in our bedrooms. Registered guests only. No visitors. We are dog friendly, if dog left unattended they must be kenneled. Always accompany dog outside on the property & clean up after them. No dogs in beds on furniture or in pool The space Mini fridge, microwave and toaster located in room for your convenience. No kitchen. Private hallway connects bedrooms and bathroom. Entrance it in the king bedroom. Second bedroom is queen bed. Spacious outdoor area, pool and jacuzzi 9am-8pm. Grassy areas with park type feel. Fruit trees and succulents park benches and outdoor covered seating. Guest access You will pick up the remote control for the gate and the room key upon entering the property. When you check out returned into drop box during exit. The private entrance takes you to your space. The rooms are separated from host by a locked hallway door. There is no shared space inside the home. No kitchen. Inside you will have access to your own private two bedrooms, hallway and full bathroom to enjoy during your visit. Registered guest only. No visitors. Outside is shared space where there is an acre of property to enjoy. No smoking anywhere on the property. This property has a ranch feel, there is dirt and dust, horses on other side of fences surrounding property. Animal sounds and horse tails through the city. During your stay We take the interaction lead from our guest. I will be available for your needs by phone/text message or in person. This property is our home, not just a “business”. We do expect communication with guest about needs and service while staying here. We strive to be the best 5 star super host ever!! Other things to note Remote control gate to access/exit property w/ secured free parking. *No smoking/vape on property. *only registered guest shall be allowed on the property. No visitors. *No hot plate or open flame cooking in unit. It is a bedroom and not regulated for cooking.* do not cook in our bedrooms! There is a toaster for toast and microwave for reheating or microwave meals. Violations will be asked to leave Immediately, no refunds. We are dog friendly but must list them when booking. Unattended dogs must be kenneled while in the room. No dogs on/in bed, on furniture or in pool or spa area. Dogs may be off only with owners present. Owners must clean up after their dogs. *Pool hours 9am - 8pm If you are requesting early check in (1:00) or late check out (1:00) you are agreeing to $30 each with permission. Acknowledge $ when requesting. $30 early check in $30 late check out
