In the evening take a stroll and watch the sunset from Catalina Island to Palos Verdes. Ending your day with a BBQ, hot tub and a good night sleep in comfortable beds! The space Our home is a beautiful family home with two patios and an upstairs deck. The front terrace has comfortable furniture with a partial view of the ocean. Our back terrace is furnished with a dining set which seats 6, a barbecue and a hot tub. The upstairs deck is off of the Queen Bed guest room, overlooking the back patio. The Family room is spacious with a leather sectional sofa. The front living room has leather furniture as well. The home is extremely clean and the kitchen is well supplied for all your needs. Comfort is our goal for you to have a great vacation! Guest access Our guests will have full access to our home except for a few locked storage cabinets, one closet and the garage. Other things to note Clean fee is $275 to be cleaned after departure.. Our home is professionally cleaned before and after each of our guests arrive. Therefore, we trust our guests to maintain our home during their month or more stay with the provided cleaning supplies. If you prefer, you have the option to pay for a professional house cleaning company ***Noise Monitors ***** *Huntington Beach noise ordinance is 10pm-7am ******No events or parties****** *NO Smoking indoors! Outside only! ****No additional guests and no more than 6 guests unless previously arranged with host and in the contract.**** The the front grass and plants are watered three mornings each week and the lawn mowed weekly. Times for watering will be agreed upon by host and guests.*** ***No off street private parking space** ***A refundable Pet Deposit of $1000.00
