Our house is nestled in the woods at 10,000 feet above sea level. It has a fenced yard and wraparound deck that faces the Ten Mile Range. Imagine sitting in any chair in the open living room/dining room area and feeling like you were in a tree house seeing only the higher mountain peaks. In winter, the skiing is close with five major ski areas within ten miles. Breckenridge ski area is two miles from the house. It takes 5 minutes to go to free parking. Summer the hiking starts at the end of the street and frequent visitors include fox, coyotes, moose, bears, and an occasional reclusive mountain lion. If you are a family we welcome you.
