Welcome to the Cedar Lake Beach Designer Apartment located right on Cedar Lake in Minneapolis, MN with a local beach right across the street. Surrounded by walking paths, biking paths and lakes, you have lots of options for fun in the sun. You are walking distance away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, liquor store, quick eats and great treats! The space Whether you are in town for business or pleasure this private apartment has the perfect view to work, relax and enjoy the peaceful part of the city. Located about a mile away from Uptown, two miles away from Downtown and right next to the West End in St. Louis Park this is a wonderful location to be close, but not too close. The apartment building is a time capsule from the 70's retro decade that has allowed smoking inside. But there is no smoking allowed in apartment. The apartment has a full kitchen is equipped with all the kitchen tools you will need to cook at home. Enjoy the rooftop patio for a colorful evening on Sunset Boulevard. Wake up to some coffee or tea while listening to some vinyl spinning on the record player in the living room. The coffee bar is complete with coffee and tea, sugar and cream. Sit back and enjoy the Lake views that the living space and dining space have to offer. Grab a treat at the Snack Bar and go get your feet in the sand at the local beach across the street. This private apartment has one bedroom with queen bed, full closet with dresser and hangers. The living space has two small couches, record player with records and books. Small bar set up. Each stay you will have a bath bar with shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, hand towels, wash and personal bath towels. The bath space has a full bathroom with tub and shower. There are plenty of parking spots available on the street. Feel free to bring your boats, canoes, paddle boards or kayaks for a stroll along the Lake of the Isles into the Lake. After a day in the city, sit back at home on the rooftop and enjoy the beautiful sunsets that Minnesota has to offer with a complimentary bottle of wine. Once the sun goes down, turn on the patio lights to sparkle within the night sky. Watch the stars and moon along with feeling the refreshing breeze off the lake. Need to do laundry? There are three washers and three dryers located on the first floor. Bring quarters and laundry supplies for sale in laundry room. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, I suggest that you do not stay at the apartment. The building does allow smoking, but smoking is not allowed in apartment. Guest access You have access to the rooftop patio, laundry on first floor and free parking on street. Surrounded by walking and biking paths with Cedar Lake Beach across the beach. Other things to note Laundry: Laundry is located on the first floor – left of the elevator – second door. Door labeled “Service Room or Elevator Equipment Room”. Beach: Cedar Lake Beach is located across the street. That is just one of many beaches located within walking distance. Cedar Lake leads into the Lake of the Isles and Lake Calhoun. There are many beaches located around each lake. Find out more online. Rooftop Patio: Overlook Cedar Lake from the rooftop! Go up the stairwell all the way to the fourth floor to access rooftop. Please clean up after yourself before you check out. Sit back and relax and get to know the lake life. This is a shared space with the apartment building, so please be courteous. Please be careful with the umbrellas on the roof. It needs to stay down when windy and after each use. Safety first! Record Player: Record player is in the living space and there are a couple records in the silver bin. Safety First: Just in case of an emergency there is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and in the hallway. There is also first aid kits, digital candles and flashlights in the drawer under the microwave. Pet-Friendly: Just let me know if you have any four-legged family members joining you on your stay. The apartment and location is pet friendly and pets do live on the property. Please pick up and clean up after your pets. $75 pet fee per pet. Registration Details STR-396332
