Overflow pay parking lot available in different location, will accommodate trailers. Other things to note Rentals are to families and responsible adults over age 25. All reservations are subject to a Damage Insurance fee in lieu of a security deposit. Weather conditions in Colorado can be extreme and change with little or no advance warning ANY time of the year. 4 wheel drive required in winter months. There are 2 parking spaces located in the Snowcrest parking lot for guests use. You must display parking passes while parked in the lot.
