#1 Capri Long-term Stay

Due to local regulations we host guests who stay 28 nights or longer, to work, to study, or just to rest. There are five guest rooms; guests share the common areas. The space This bedroom is large, about 20 ft by 15 ft. You will have your own keypad code to the house and to your room so your privacy is assured. Guest access We're on a corner lot so is plenty of parking in front and on the side of the house. Also, there are two covered parking spots in the carport in back of the house for just $25 extra per month. Check with me to see if one of the spaces is available. During your stay My husband and I live about a mile away, so I will be popping by to greet my guests, to make sure everything is going well, or to get a room ready for a new guest. Please feel free to call or text me if you need anything, or if you just want to visit. Other things to note Guests must be disclosed on the booking and paid for in advance. No extra guests are permitted to enter the house without prior consent. We have Blink motion-activated cameras at the front and back doors for your security. Someone (whether that is me or someone I hire) will be coming to the house once a month to clean the common areas, but you are expected to maintain your own room, the kitchen and bathroom for the duration of your stay. Rule of thumb – if you make a mess, clean it up. Use a dish, wash it and put it away. Clean up the kitchen within 30 minutes of using it. Don’t let things stack up for others to take care of. Trash days are on Monday and Thursday mornings.
