Sweet country cabin
Description
Come and enjoy our 900 sq ft cabin with an upstairs bedroom loft and backyard summer forest. The cabin is set up for 4 but can fit 5. Drive a beautiful country road to main attractions in Pigeon Forge in 15 min, 22 min to Dollywood, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg (without traffic). No smoking. The minimum age to book is 23. Fire pit, gas grill. Our cabin is in the country so you may see a little dust, ladybugs, etc., (think glamping :)) but we strive to make your stay special. The space Guests will go up a small flight of stairs to the deck entrance. The first floor contains a small sitting room, kitchen, and a master bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. The upstairs loft is an open concept and has a queen-sized bed, blow-up mattress, large bathtub (jets not guaranteed to work but do most of the time), and a small bathroom with a toilet and sink. There is no shower upstairs. We cannot guarantee a perfect temperature in the loft because of the vaulted ceilings and open space. But, we have a window A/C unit and portable heater for your use. We do stay at the cabin at times and may need to store things in the closets, freezer, or fridge, but we save plenty of room for our guests. There is limited dresser space. Guest access We are up the hill from a country-paved road. There is a large parking area and a small field. The cabin is sitting on an acre of land shared with only one other cabin. We have parking right outside the cabin. There are beautiful, curvy country roads that lead into Pigeon Forge. There is a Walmart and several grocery stores within 15 minutes of the cabin. Other things to note We provide towels, all bedding including pillows, community style shampoo, soap, basic pots/pans/dishes/plates/cups, condiments, spices, tea, basic coffee maker, and basic coffee. You may want to bring extra pillows, favorite creamers, paper plates, laundry detergent if you have laundry to do, and water bottles if desired. Our water is filtered, but water bottles can be convenient. We are a no-pet and no-smoking facility to protect our guests who have allergies. We have scrap wood for your use (watch for nails). Firewood is available for purchase at the local grocery stores. We have outdoor camping chairs for you to use in the downstairs closet. We cannot guarantee that the WIFI or power won't go out (or that your cell service will be good) since we are out in the country, but we've only had the power go out once and the WIFI has never been out more than 10 or so minutes. The lawns are not manicured, and the sheets are not ironed but we strive to make a comfortable and special experience for all of our guests!
