A very quiet reprieve from the world, located in the suburbs, but set in a very natural setting. Great walking trails, the home is located within a nature preserve, neighbors who help. Large open/spacious floor plan. Comfortably a home away from home with everything you need on the go. A library, Walmart, swimming pool, tennis courts, fast food, shopping all within the subdivision-family or single, there's something for you in Russett. Not a party venue, just...home. The space Three bedrooms on the third floor, walk in closet big enough to be a small bedroom. Huge kitchen with all the appliances you need, plus more. Enjoy the evening breeze on the deck or walk down and pick some grapes from the vine while watching the frogs play in the pond. Half baths on first and second floor; two full baths on third floor. Large living room with built in fireplace. Single car garage, driveway, plus street and parking spaces for parking. Large finished room in basement/walk in level for playroom or storage. Dog door (closed off until needed) can accommodate a dog up to around 40-50 pounds. Queen-size blow up mattress on site to accommodate one to two more guests. Extra linens available in queen and twin size. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Self check in (by keypad lock) and checl out is allowed 24/7. The only limitation on this is your departure date/time versus the next guest's arrival date/time so that the housekeeper has time in between to clean. You would be notified of any constrictions on check out once a future booking is made if not already known upon your arrival. Other things to note Renters must follow neighborhood covenents. Monitored fire and CO alarm at all times. A personalized burglar alarm code can be provided for anyone wanting to set the alarm. Trash and recycling goes out weekly on Thursdays. Please do not hoard trash in the garage. Generous sized trash and recycling containers are available in the garage. Please treat my home as you would yours. If any items are broken by your party, please be kind and replace. If it is a large ticket item, please contact me to discuss. Owner will provide plumbing and electrical services as needed. If call outs are user fault, the bill will be passed on to the rental party. This will be based on the service provider’s opinion of the problem.
