A well appointed kitchen with modern appliances opens into the dinning area and the back porch making easy access from both locations. The kitchen also includes a lovely walk in pantry big enough for all your needs The front porch of this home overlooks a beautiful flower garden and has two over sized rocking chairs to relax in. The back porch is screened in and has two modern ceiling fans for comfort, it includes, comfortable seating, a small dinning area and over looks a wonderful tropically landscaped courtyard. The courtyard behind the home is a tropical paradise composed of local plants, flowers and trees. It includes an outdoor dinning table, lounge chairs, tiki fountain, small swimming pool, a gas grill, and plenty of seating. It is surrounded by a wooden fence to give you plenty of privacy and security. The courtyard continues along the south side of the house where there is a jacuzzi big enough to accommodate 4 people. At the southwest corner of the courtyard there is a path that leads to the laundry facilities Both bedrooms of the house have queen size beds with modern ceiling fans, good size closets, and dressers large enough for all your personal belongings The living area is bright and open with plenty of windows and a ceiling fan. It has a large modern circular leather couch perfect for socializing or just relaxing and watching TV. There is an onscene caretaker that lives in the cottage in the back to maintain the pool, jacuzzi,grounds, and to take care of any problems you may have. Just a note, the common areas are only for the use of the guests however.
