The space The loft home is only 3 minutes from the great new Jericho Market, the Jericho Cafe & Tavern (JCAT), the renowned Poor House Pies, a Library, PO and Underhill/Jericho businesses. Guest access Guests have access to the Loft Home Gourmet Kitchen, Great Room and fireplace, Dining Area with an oversized table, Laundry and Powder Room as well as a lower level Exercise/Fitness area with an elliptical, treadmill, stretching area. Driveway parking available. During your stay I was a super host for over ten years in Washington DC where I had a seven bedroom, six bedroom home which included an apartment. I am very flexible and can help orient you to the area. You will have a coffeemaker and electric hot water/teapot with supplies. I usually check with my guests to discuss what they need to have available for a pick up breakfast if arriving too lat to go shopping at the nearby Jericho Market (closes at 8PM) . Other things to note In Eastern Chittenden County, this Underhill home is 20 minutes from Smugglers Notch, 20 Minutes from a state park, 45 Minutes from Stowe, 30 minutes from Burlington or in a more scenic direction, 30 minutes to Cambridge and Jeffersonville and only 1 1/2 hours to Montreal Canada.
