The Rio Vista Complex is in the Heart of the historical eastside of Santa Fe, adjacent to the Santa Fe River, and just a block from Canyon road. This cozy condo with an open floor plan featuring a double sided gas fireplace between the bedroom and the living room providing light and warmth throughout the house. The bedroom has a walk in closet with ample storage and a washer & dryer. Our condos are sparkling clean and undergo stringent sanitizing and disinfectant procedures. The space Our elegant Santa Fe style condo has one bedroom with a queen size bed, curved screen Samsung TV (40”) and a dresser. The bath displays beautiful hand painted Talavera tiles, with traditional old world Saltillo tiles throughout the rest of the unit. The walls and ceilings are all diamond finish troweled by hand by local artisan. Decorated in a Southwest style with hand crafted furniture. The living room has a flat screen Samsung TV (40”) and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and dining utensils such as pots, pans, dinner plates, etc. and includes a fridge, table, chairs, and access to your private patio. We provide coffee, tea, and espresso. There is a double sided glass fireplace between the living room and bedroom which provides the heat. The patio has a table and comfortable chairs. It is a private place to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning, and a soothing glass of wine in the evening. Internet WiFi is available in the unit and outside patio. The TVs have basic cable. Iron and ironing board are available. We recently installed brand new A/C (non swamp cooler) to keep you cool in the summer months. Guest access The entire unit including one off-street private parking space at your front door. Other things to note We provide fresh bed linen, bath towels, soap, and shampoo. We do not offer refunds for booking mistakes or last minute cancellations. Please read through our information and house rules to have a full understanding of what we offer. For reserving during the Christmas week, guests must book for at least seven nights. NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS. DUE TO HOA RULES, CHILDREN OF ANY AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please know that during our high season ( March-November) we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late checkout. If you have a late or early flight, please plan accordingly.
