We welcome locals needing stop gap accommodation and visitors to North Yorkshire. If you need somewhere quiet and comfortable to stay during building work or whilst you’re between houses please get in touch to arrange a viewing and agree a discount for a longer stay. 1 Nidd View offers the perfect mix of peaceful location, cosy charm and character with the comfort and convenience of home including fibre broadband & wifi. The space The cottage is set in a quiet spot just off the main street of the village, with free off-street parking for one car and on-street parking for another. There is a lovely south-facing sun terrace at the front, looking out over the gardens to the fields beyond. The front door opens into an open-plan living space, with a sitting area centred on the traditional fireplace, then on to a modern dining kitchen with plenty of room for preparing and eating family meals, or for entertaining guests during your stay. Upstairs are two bedrooms, with one double bed and two single beds in total, both rooms have fabulous country views and come with good quality bedlinen and towels. The house bathroom has a shower over bath. For an escape to the country, a peaceful Yorkshire holiday, or a short-term let for business or during a house move/renovation, 1 Nidd View has everything that you need. We also own 6 Nidd View at the opposite end of the terrace. Available to book on Airbnb. For more information on the surrounding area please get in touch. Lynn & Simon Other things to note If you're having building work done we know that schedules can change so we will do all we can to accommodate you and your family. We will be as flexible as possible. Whilst we welcome well behaved dogs and cats to the cottage, they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture downstairs; please also observe the signage around the village relating to private land and use only marked public footpaths when out walking. There is one car/SUV parking space off road, however if your party has more than one vehicle please park immediately outside the cottage on the road. Alternatively, or if you have a third vehicle, you can park further down towards Beam Ends. Please do not park outside the other cottages on the terrace. We cannot accommodate any vehicles larger than an SUV.
