The house if fully equipped with everything you need from cooking to bathing & laundry. The upstairs is a complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house and the downstairs is known as "The Camp" with one bedroom (3 twin beds) & one bathroom. Come to the Bay and stay awhile! The drive to Matagorda Beach is about 30 minutes. Make sure to go by the Old Main Book store and say Hi to Jan! The Camp (downstairs) does not have Central AC and Heat. There is a Mimi Split unit in the downstairs bedroom. There is a partial kitchen in the camp that includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave coffee, pot, and sink.
