The open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and essentials for cooking, baking & grilling (propane grill on deck), flows seamlessly into the living area. Here, you’ll find a flatscreen TVs with Rokus, lightning-fast WiFi, and a cozy double-sided fireplace lighting both the living/dining area and bedroom. Your bedroom sanctuary features a brand new King bed & mattress (added Feb 2024), dressed in ultra-soft sheets by Cozy Earth. Enjoy a romantic two-person Jacuzzi beside the bed, a flat-screen TV, and French doors that lead directly to the screened porch with Hot Tub & TV. Step outside to the 6-person Sundance hot tub, complete with foot-massaging jets—ideal for soaking in the mountain views from sunrise-to-sunset. The cabin is on a paved road that is slightly steep. 4WD/AWD is not needed, but always nice in the mountains. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin, screened-in porch, deck and asphalt parking pad. Other things to note - Hot Tub is drained, cleaned, sanitized & refilled between each set of guests for your ultimate comfort, safety, and enjoyment. (Most Airbnbs do NOT do this!) For this reason, it may be 7pm before the hot tub reaches its maximum temperature, 100-104°. Let us know if you would prefer it just be shocked instead of drained, so it can be hot upon arrival. - We do not accept cats and Instant Booked reservations who try to sneak a cat will have their stay cancelled without refund. I, the owner, am highly allergic as are many Guests. Rules For Guests Bringing Dogs: 1) Four on the Floor- No dogs allowed on ANY FURNITURE whatsoever (this goes double for beds, sofas, chairs & recliners, etc. 2) Please make sure to crate your dog before leaving him/her alone unsurprised. 3) Finally, please pickup after your dog outside! 4) There is a $50/dog pet fee.
